CONNECT 2.5 LAKH SARPANCHS ACROSS INDIA

As India moves towards Viksit Bharat 2047, the real engine of transformation lies in its villages where nearly 65% of the nation lives, works and builds its future. India’s growth story takes shape in Gram Sabhas, Panchayat Bhawans and through our grassroot leaders. When villages thrive, the entire nation moves forward together. Sarpanch Samvaad, a pro bono initiative of Quality Council of India is committed to powering this transformation from the ground up. The Sarpanch Samvaad Mobile Application is building a nationwide digital network of India’s -2.68 lakh elected Gram Panchayat leaders.

Through best practice sharing, in-app learning and recognition through the Sarpanch Samvaad Mobile Application, the initiative supports elected grassroots leaders in governing with clarity, confidence and accountability.

We aim to:

  • Strengthen governance at the grassroots level
  • Encourage learning and peer exchange among Sarpanchs
  • Highlight and disseminate best practices
  • Build a supportive network of motivated and purpose-driven leaders
  • Bridge the rural–urban information gap by providing access to knowledge, digital tools and timely updates on government schemes and innovations across rural India
  1. Rich Peer Community: Building a strong, close-knit network of grassroots leaders for knowledge exchange, collaborative problem-solving and shared growth
  2. Access to Knowledge: Enabling evidence-based decision-making through best practices, policy insights, real-time updates and access to expert sessions
  3. Training & Leadership Development: Delivering structured capability building programs and recognition-driven motivation to strengthen governance and effective scheme implementation on the ground
